:

Richard Gennaro

Richard is an aerospace professional with more than 25 years of experience, rising through the ranks of the regional Aircraft OEM business and onward to leading an independent OEM supplier of equipment and services, including full design and development as well as production facilities and aftermarket sales and support.

His broad background ranges from spares and services to vendor management, logistics, business development and MRO support within the regional world of ATR. It is further complimented with a diverse experience in the Biz Jet world, as President & CEO of an OEM company which owned full Design, Development, Program Management, Production, Sales & After Sales Support responsibilities.

One of the largest strengths Richard carries through his career comes from a unique ‘grass roots’ approach. He started his career at the lowest levels and rapidly excelled in his accomplishments and strong vision, moving quickly upward through the ranks to achieve Senior Management roles and onward to a CEO position. This diverse upbringing creates a portfolio of experience extremely skilled in the details of how Aerospace Companies operate. These talents carry forward as a consultant to companies seeking true operational success within their short and long term business and operational plans.

Richard’s leadership style has always been to earn the respect of the people he leads rather than to expect it. His ‘roll up his sleeves’ approach has achieved countless successes throughout his career, whether it was constructing extensive distribution platforms, reconstructing production facilities, creating Service oriented business models, or working within the design arena to create ultra high end interior products for the Executive Jet market.
